🧪 What Is Diatomaceous Earth?
Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is a naturally occurring, silica-rich powder made from fossilized aquatic microorganisms called diatoms. It’s known for its gentle abrasive texture and ability to bind to unwanted materials in the digestive tract.

✨ Benefits of Taking DE During a Parasite Cleanse:
🧹 Gentle Internal Cleanser Its fine, gritty texture can help scrape away biofilm and buildup in the intestines.
🔗 Binds to Waste May bind to parasite die-off, toxins, and mucus, helping to escort them out of the body.
🚽 Supports Elimination Helps keep the bowels moving, reducing risk of reabsorption of toxins.
🦠 Creates a Less Hospitable Environment May damage the outer layer of parasites (mechanically), making it harder for them to thrive.
🌬️ Odor & Gas Relief Can reduce bloating or smell associated with detox.
🕒 When & How to Take It
Take 1/2 teaspoon of food-grade Diatomaceous Earth, mixed in water or juice
Drink it on an empty stomach (ideally 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after)
Follow with a full glass of water
Use daily during the entire parasite cleanse protocol even on the weeks off the cleanse
💡 Tip: DE can also be used between seasonal cleanses to maintain a clean and resilient gut environment.
⚠️ Important Notes:
Stay well hydrated
Not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing unless advised by a professional
Remember to finish the full cycle with 3 weeks on PC and 1 week off still using DE the whole way through. A minimum of 3-4 month cycles is suggested for a deep cleanse.
100ml bottle will do 4 cycles per person with enough left over for another week.
